Carter’s Cosmetology College opened their doors February 12, 2007. The school is located in down town East mall, at 111 Jack White Dr., Kingsport, Tn.
Mrs. Carter (Bea) has been in the Cosmetology field for many years and has taught for several years. After being prodded by family and friend, she decided to go forth and start the school.
The school was established for the need of well trained Cosmetologist, Aesthetions and Instructors. They provide Cosmetologist, Aesthetions and Instructors. They provide efficient, expert solutions to students and clients. They also offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique needs of their students and clients. Their staff are well versed in teaching theory, techniques and state laws that impact our students and clients.
